Dr. Alvin-Anthony Nwanya

Dr. Alvin-Anthony Nwanya is a seasoned Global HR Professional, he holds degrees in Business Administration - B.Sc. (Hons), Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (Human Resource Management) - M.Sc, and Organisational Development - Ph.D respectively.

Dr. Alvin-Anthony is a devoted Christian, born in the excellent city of Lagos over 4 Decades ago where he had a very humble beginning; He has a background experience in the Medical profession which he has chosen to keep silent, He is also a distinguished instructor, contemporary presentation Skill coach, tutor, facilitator, administrator and an accomplished entrepreneur in his own league.
He is an Alumnus of Health, Safety and Environment Academy; Harvard Associates and an Extra-Value Certified Global Professional in Project Management. He is also an alumnus of the God’s Army Bible College, Lagos where he obtained a Certificate in Pastoral Discipleship & Ministry; and he also holds the Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip.Theol) in Divinity of the Global Theological Seminary, Minnesota USA.
Dr. Alvin is a certified Chartered Human Resource Consultant of the Chartered Association of Business Administrators – Canada; a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria; a Licenced HR Practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria; & a certified Strategic Human Capital Manager of the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers, Nigeria.
He has developed skills overtime in Talent Identification & Management, Organisational Development, Pro Bono Consulting, Employee Recruitment, Change Management, Learning & Development, Employee Welfare Administration, Training and Performance Management, Training Policy Formulation, Administrative Restructuring and Human Resource Consulting.

Dr. Alvin-Anthony is a certified member of several professional bodies of repute including the Chartered Institute of Public Management; Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria; Chartered Association of Business Administrators – Canada; Nigerian Institute of Training and Development; Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria; Project Management Institute Pennsylvania – USA; Strategic Institute of Human Capital Managers; and Society of Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Mitigation.
He is currently the Head Human Capital Development & Training at Halvinnton Global Resources®; he is also on the board of Poiz Global Consult, Emelink Systems & Services and several other reputable Management Consulting Companies in Nigeria and Overseas.
He received the Lead Times Africa Leadership Award 2015 in recognition for Good Governance, Excellent Service Delivery, Probity & Transparency in Leadership & Human Resource Consulting; He also received the Icon Africa Media’s Prestigious Africa Merit Gold Award for contributions to Humanity, Society & National Development.
He was subsequently awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Degree in Business Administration (Honoris Causa) of the Cornerstone University & Theological Seminary, Jerusalem Israel in September, 2015 following a research work he undertook.
He is also a Kingdom Partner (KP) of the Global Theological Seminary Minnesota, USA.
He has participated in several Human Resources Management/Engineering trainings, conferences, exhibitions and workshops as facilitator and participant both locally and internationally.
He is the author of an academic book titled ‘Occupational Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Welfare Management Systems: An Exposition (2015).’

Mr. Chukwuemeka Mba-Peters is an experienced and dedicated ICT Professional, he holds an HND in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology, Nigeria. He is well grounded in Computer Software’s and ICT related activities. He is a certified Entrepreneurship Alumnus of Halvinnton Global Resources www.halvinntonglobal.com.ng. He is also a member of various associations of repute and the Lead Consultant at Emelink Systems & Services and Emelink Ventures, Lagos.
He has worked as an IT Professional at Computer Warehouse Group Plc & several other structured organisations that has prepared him to take up various higher responsibilities, he is an adaptable and ambitious individual with proven customer relationship oriented skills and excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
He is also the convener of the ‘Business Entrepreneurship and Software Training Academy’ - B.E.S.T. on Sage 50/Peachtree Accounting and Quick Books Accounting Software since 2015.
He loves God and is driven to make an impact in the world through his expertise.

Mr. Ifeakandu Nnoli

Mr. Ifeakandu Nnoli is a graduate of Project Management and a Human Resource practitioner with vast experience in Public Relations. He is an Alumnus of Entrepreneurial Development Center (EDC), Pan Atlantic University (PAU) and Certified Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) offering several years of HR career distinguished by commended performance and proven results.
His Career experience spans through diverse areas which include Investment banking, Public relations advisory and Human Capital/Talent Management consulting.
His career objective is to continuously provide value added expertise in the Execution and Management of organizational Projects through Proper Human Resource Management and Administration using expert knowledge, talent, skills and experience.
His writing interest inspired the Publication of the “Core Magazine” an online inspirational magazine aimed at inspiring the entrepreneurial and productivity spirit of young people which is presently drawing huge interest amongst Nigeria’s online community.
Aside being the founder of Poiz Global Consult Limited, Ifeakandu Nnoli is also a Co-founder of the Spot the Legend Initiative, a Pan-African annual Reality Television Talent Show initiative of Poiz Global Consult Limited that aims to provide a platform that will encourage and celebrate the Creativity and Legendary tenacity of physically challenged persons. He is a motivational councillor with active interest in Leadership Development and also loves adventures. 

Mrs. Sandra Nwanya

Mrs. Sandra Nwanya was appointed a Director at Halvinnton Global Resources in November 2014. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry and Post Graduate Diploma in Food and Industrial Microbiology from the University of Benin - Nigeria.
She has over 9 years’ experience gained in corporate sectors of the economy having appreciable Human Resources / Administrative experience, Financial Management and a Customer Relationship Management expert having the ability and expertise of working with existing staff, facilities and strategically improving the organization; interested in the realization of organizational objectives, engendering organizational development technically and structurally.
Sandra Nwanya has attended several training and development programmes in Health and Safety Management, Financial Planning, Human Resources, Project Management, Contract Management and Leadership Development.
